TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment terms are the following:
- 30% account as deposit of total rent price at time of booking by bank transfer or draft as confirmatory.
- 70% remaining amount as settlement of payment at arrival. Payment instructions will be send via e-mail or by phone after accepted receipt of filled-in BOOKING FORM.
PENALITIES WILL BE APPLIED
For cancellation of booking by host. From the booking date till 31 days before checking in: 0% of the total rental price is due but for later cancellations: 30% of the total rental price is due (the deposited account).
- For Families with children under 12 yrs: 10% discount
- Pets not allowed.
The price includes linen and towels (these will be completely substituted once a week with bookings exceeding 7 days stay), gas, water and electricity.
For final cleaning-up: an additional all-in price of € 25,00 will be charged. |
